Throughout the day and night, the Admissions and Billing department is operational.
Attendants will be prohibited from movement between the hours of 10:00 PM. & 05:00 AM.
Children are not permitted anywhere near critical care facilities under any circumstances.
Inside the hospital, you are not permitted to bring any kind of flowers or presents of any kind.
Please refrain from tipping any of the staff members.
Patients are fed according to the doctor's instructions.
We offer filtered RO water for drinking.
Smoking and spitting are absolutely forbidden at the hospital.
Bins should be used to dispose of trash.
Do not attempt to move or repair any hospital equipment or bring anything of the sort into the hospital for usage.
Maintain closed windows and doors while the air conditioner is running.
Don' t try to operate the Oxygen/Vacuum equipment on your own.
Don't use the hospital's facilities to clean your own personal laundry.
Make sure your guest isn't allowed to sit on your bed or stay past the allotted time forvisits.
As a courtesy to your fellow patients and the staff, please attempt to keep the hospital grounds "Silent."
There is a maximum of two guests allowed in the ward at a time.
During their stay in the hospital, patients are compelled to purchase medicationsfrom the hospital pharmacy. The use of any other medication is absolutely prohibited.
Do not leave personal belongings or valuables with the patient, since the hospital is not liable for such.
Hospital security rules and protocols must be followed. Please do not flout these guidelines.
Security personnel has the authority to seize cameras if someone is caught taking pictures in the hospital against the rules.
Visitors are not permitted to sit on the Patient's bed when they are visiting.
Kindly keep your phone in silent mode when visiting the hospital.
The hospital's entire campus is a "No Smoking Zone." The use of alcohol or other intoxicating substances at the hospital is strictly prohibited.
In no part of the hospital should you be seen sitting or laying on the floor.
You are not allowed to administer any medical care to the patient.
The Indian Penal Code (IPC) makes it a crime to act in an unprofessional manner toward hospital employees or to mismanage hospital property.
Make sure you're not disturbing any other patients.
The hospital's property should not be damaged in any way by you.
Avoid making a lot of noise or using harsh or threatening language.
The patient's care and treatment regimens should not be disrupted unnecessarily.
